My only concern was Hannah's potential allergies. I don't think I ever got around to blogging about her gigantically swollen eye that she woke up with about a month ago and left her looking like a non-hunched back Hunchback of Notre Dame. I raced her off to the doctor's office the day and the nurse practitioner on duty said that we since it was soft (rather than hardened) and not leaking and not bothering her (she didn't flinch when the nursed pushed on it) that we had nothing to worry about. It was an allergic reaction to something, possibly just a bug bite though we couldn't find the bug bite. Anyway, since then that same eye sometimes gets red and watery. Since that's the worst of her symptoms and since she's young, we're going to wait to do allergy testing.
Other than that, all is well! Her doctor is impressed that she's using the potty as much as she is (midway through the exam Hannah grabbed herself and said "pee!" so I had to race her off to the bathroom).
Oh, and apparently it's time to start looking at preschools--did you know that??? Well, if we're going to do preschool anyway. I don't know what we're going to do, but if we want her in a preschool when she's 3, we need to apply as close to Labor Day of THIS YEAR as possible. That's insane to me. I guess I need to start doing some research to figure out what we want to do. Maybe something for a day or two a week would be okay but I don't think she needs much (and I don't think we can afford much). Is it me or is there always something to research....
Just uploaded pics from Hannah's second birthday extravaganza on Saturday! I'l be editing and uploading in the next day or so....
